CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER TART

INGREDIENTS
Base:
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup Vivo Life Raw Cacao Perform
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
Filling:
120g dark chocolate chopped
250g coconut cream from a can
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
METHOD
1. Place all the base ingredients (except coconut oil) in a food processor and blend until finely ground. Add in the coconut oil and blend until sticky. Press the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 15 min.
2. Once the base has cooled, gently spread a layer of smooth/runny peanut butter to cover the surface.
3. Place the filling ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat, slowly stir until melted. Allow to cool for 15 min.
4. Pour the filling onto the base and place in the fridge to set for a few hours before serving.
