SALTED CARAMEL POST WORKOUT SHAKE

Serves 1 | High Protein | Great for Post-Workout Recovery

INGREDIENTS

100g banana (roughly one large)
1 scoop Salted Maca Caramel PERFORM
1 tbsp oats
2⁄3 cup almond milk
1 heaped tsp cashew butter

METHOD

1. Chop up the banana and add into the blender with the oats, protein powder, almond milk and cashew butter.
2. Blitz until it forms a nice smooth mixture.
3. Enjoy after your next workout!
