1. Say 'hell yes or no'
Rule number one. When you’re faced with a decision, it should either be a hell yes, or a no. Does it get your heart racing or set your soul on fire? Then it’s a hell yes. Anything else? It's a no.
Saying no to more things will free you up to focus on the things that get your blood pumping. These are the things that matter most. Say no more, so you can say hell yes when it really matters.
2. Be authentic
Be original, be confident, be comfortable in your own skin. Play by your own rules, and stop conforming to everyone else’s. Know yourself. If you don’t, discover yourself. Always, be unapologetically you.
3. Be a minimalist
Cut the excess crap from your life, both literately and figuratively. Stop collecting stuff and start collecting memories. Donate to a charity shop the clothes you don’t wear, the books you don’t read, the old CDs you don’t listen to. Declutter. ‘Stuff’ won’t make you happy; people, places, and experiences will.
4. And with people, too.
You don’t need hundreds of friends, just a handful of good ones. The kind that would be at your door at 3AM if you needed them without a second thought.
5. Do something every day that scares you

6. Hustle
Hard work beats talent, especially when talent doesn’t work hard.
7. Never hit the snooze button

Over-checking email is the biggest 21st Century time suck. No one ever got richer, happier, or more successful by answering their email more often.

At some point, somewhere down the line, you’ve got to prioritise YOU. You can’t say yes to everyone that asks.
This can be a difficult concept to grasp, but being selfish at the right time doesn’t make you a selfish person. In fact, I’d argue that the more time that you dedicate to yourself, the more energy you will have in the long run to dedicate to the people that matter.
Think of yourself like a big jug of water. You can’t keep topping up other people’s glasses if you don’t take a moment to refill the jug from time to time.
19. Listen to your body
It WANTS to be healthy, sexy and strong. And it will be, if you let it.
20. Be positive
Good energy is contagious. Radiate positivity, kindness, and an unquenchable lust for life.
21. Eat more plants
Start a revolution with your plate. Eat more plant based meals to improve your health, protect the planet and eliminate needless animal suffering.
22. Show gratitude
There is so much to be thankful for every day. You’ve just got to open your eyes and see it.
23. Read
It doesn't matter if it’s fiction, non-fiction, a magazine or an autobiography. Pick up a book and step away from the screen.
24. Walk 10,000 steps a day
Count them with an app so you don’t go insane.
25. Live in the moment
Calm your mind. Appreciate the here and now.
26. Prioritise sleep
If you’re not getting a solid 8 hours a night, fix it. Getting a good night’s sleep every night is the most important thing you can do for your overall health and performance.
