Matcha Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
1 cup oats _x000B_
3/4 cup plant milk
_x000B_1 banana _x000B_
1/2 tsp baking soda
_x000B_1/4 tsp baking powder
_x000B_1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
_x000B_1 tbsp Vivo Life Matcha_x000B_
Vanilla Sauce:
1/2 tbsp _x000B_Vivo Life Vanilla Perform
_x000B_1 tbsp tahini _x000B_
1.5 tbsp plant milk
METHOD
1. Blend oats into a flour. Add in the rest of the ingredients apart _x000B_from the apple cider vinegar (ACV) and blend together. Once all _x000B_combined, add in the ACV and briefly blend.
_x000B_2. Heat a pan at medium to high heat. Once hot, pour batter into _x000B_rounds. Feel free to use a non stick pan or use a small amount of _x000B_coconut oil to stop it from sticking. _x000B_
3. Once you start to see bubbling on one side, flip and cook further _x000B_until both sides are cooked. _x000B_
4. For the vanilla sauce, mix all the ingredients until smooth and _x000B_runny. If needed, add a few more splashes of plant milk to help _x000B_thin out the mixture. _x000B_
5. Serve the pancakes as you wish with a drizzle of the vanilla _x000B_sauce.
