THE ULTIMATE POST-WORKOUT SMOOTHIE TRIO
Vanilla Peanut Butter & Berry Smoothie
Recover in record time, ready to hit your PB with this creamy, antioxidant loaded, PB smoothie!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup of strawberries
- 1 Cup of raspberries
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 Scoop of PERFORM Madagascan Vanilla
- 1 Cup of oat milk
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
Blueberry Chia Coconut Smoothie
Packing a nutritional punch, this high protein, berry-licious smoothie is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup of coconut milk
- 1 Cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Scoop of PERFORM Acai & Blueberry
- 2 tsp of chia seeds
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender. You can also replace the coconut water with a fresh coconut and add the young coconut meat to the blender for some healthy fats.
